Just some answers to commonly asked questions:

Q:  What is your rate?  
A:  We charge $90/hour and 50 cents/mile plus applicable sales tax.   Travel time, time for uploading documents, writing reports and emails will be added to the actual field work hours.  We charge in 15 minute increments.  In addition, there are database charges if reports are requested or needed.

Q:  Do you charge a retainer?

A:  Yes.

Q:  What area do you cover?

A:  We mostly work in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant, Ellis and Rockwall counties.  We also have some regular clients in Houston and Austin.  Travel time will be charged at the regular rate, so it is in your best interest to hire a PI closest to your location.
